Early Bird Christmas Offer - Giftbox Boutique 

  1. The Promotion  
    1. This offer ("Early Bird Offer") is run by The Gift Group T/A Giftbox Boutique, located at Whangarei, New Zealand ("we", "us", "our"). 
    2. By placing a qualifying order, the customer ("you") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
  2. Eligibility 
    1. The Early Bird Offer applies to orders placed via the Bulk Order Form or the Giftbox Boutique website that total over $1,000 NZD, excluding shipping charges or costs.  
    2. The offer is valid on orders placed between 7 September 2026 and 15 November 2026 ("Offer Period"). Orders placed outside this window are not eligible. 
    3. Payment must be made by 25th November 2026.
    4. The Early Bird Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or offer. 
    5. Not available on custom gift boxes.  
    6. All orders will be dispatched after 1 October 2026.  
  3. Bonus Options 
    1. Customers who meet the eligibility criteria in clause 2 may choose one of the following bonuses: 
    2. a free "The Santa's Sleigh" gift box (valued at $100 NZD) for every $1,000 NZD spent; 
    3. a $100 NZD voucher for every $1,000 NZD spent; or 
    4. Branding Package 1 or 2 applied to each gift box ordered.  
    5. Only one bonus type may be selected per order. Bonus types cannot be combined or split across a single order. 
    6. Bonus value is calculated per complete $1,000 NZD increment spent (excluding shipping). Amounts below a full $1,000 increment do not qualify for an additional bonus. 
  4. Order Processing 
    1. Orders will be booked into our production schedule once full payment has been received.  
    2. We reserve the right to verify order eligibility before confirming any bonus. 
  5. The Bonus Santa's Sleigh Gift Box  
    1. Shipping charges may apply to the free "The Santa's Sleigh" gift box and are not included in the $100 NZD valuation.  
    2. The free gift box is subject to availability. If it becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a gift box of equal or greater value. 
  6. Vouchers  
    1. Vouchers will be issued in January 2027 and must be redeemed by 1 July 2027. Vouchers not redeemed by this date will expire and cannot be reinstated, exchanged for cash, or extended, except where required by law.  
    2. Vouchers will be issued via the same method the original order was placed: 
    3. orders placed through the Giftbox Boutique website will receive a voucher valid for use on the website only; 
    4. orders placed through the Bulk Order Form will receive the voucher value as credit on the customer's account. 
    5. Vouchers are not transferable, redeemable for cash, and cannot be used to purchase further gift cards or vouchers. 
    6. For website voucher, only one voucher may be applied per transaction unless otherwise agreed by us in writing. 
  7. Branding Packages 
    1. Branding Package 1 and Branding Package 2 specifications are as set out in our current Corporate Gifting brochure.  
    2. Branding Package 1 includes coloured ribbon and branded card (valued at $7 per gift NZD).  
    3. Branding Package 2 includes coloured ribbon, branded sticker and branded card (valued at $10 per gift NZD). 
    4. Branding must be confirmed and finalised with us prior to production; late confirmation may affect dispatch timing. 
  8. General Conditions  
    1. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time before or during the Offer Period, including varying dispatch dates, bonus values, or eligibility criteria, without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law. Any change will not affect orders already confirmed under the original terms.  
    2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe has been placed to circumvent these Terms and Conditions (for example, by splitting a single order into multiple smaller transactions to obtain additional bonuses).  
    3. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST, where applicable, unless otherwise stated.  
    4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy that you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other New Zealand legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded. 
    5. Where you are acquiring goods for the purposes of a business, the parties agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, to the extent permitted under section 43 of that Act. 
  9. Privacy 
    1. Any personal information collected in connection with this offer will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.
