DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Below are the usual delivery time frames for orders.
Please note that while we will do everything possible to ensure a gift arrives on time, we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date.
Note: Orders placed on the weekend cannot be delivered the following Monday.
North Island: 1-2 working days
South Island: 2-3 working days
If you require Express delivery to the South Island. Choose this option at the checkout page.
Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1-2 working days
Collections are not made over the weekend or on public holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched starting Monday. Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. You can choose a later dispatch date if preferred.
