Terms and Conditions – Plant Gift Instagram Giveaway
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is The Gift Group T/A Giftbox Boutique, located at Whangarei, New Zealand.
2. Participation
Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms & Conditions is invalid.
3. Promotion Period
The giveaway opens on 16th July and closes on 19th July at 11:59PM. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
4. Eligibility
Multiple entries per person are allowed. Entries must be received during the competition period.
The giveaway is not open to employees of The Gift Group, their immediate families, or affiliated partners.
5. How to Enter
To enter the draw, participants must:
Follow @giftboxboutique during the promotion period.
Tag an active Instagram account in the comments section of the Giveaway post on @giftboxboutique.co.nz Instagram profile.
Multiple comments permitted during the Promotion Period.
6. Prize Details
The winner will receive on Anthurium Plant Gift.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The prize must be shipped to a New Zealand address.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be randomly drawn on the 20th July.
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message through the official Giftbox Boutique channel within 48 hours of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 7 business days then that winner may be disqualified, a new winner will be drawn.
8. Privacy & Data Use
By entering, participants agree that The Gift Group T/A Giftbox Boutique may use their contact details to administer the prize and send relevant marketing communications (you may opt-out at any time).
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. General Terms
The Gift Group T/A Giftbox Boutique reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
By participating, entrants agree to these terms and acknowledge that all decisions made by The Gift Group are final.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Gift Group T/A Giftbox Boutique, excludes any and all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any entrant in connection with the competition or prize.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants’ personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the competition and publicise the winner via the promoters marketing channels. The winner's personal information may be provided to third parties to process and conduct the competition. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the use of their personal information as described.
If an entrant does not provide accurate personal information the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
