- The Promoter is Giftbox Boutique NZ Ltd.
- Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms & Conditions is invalid.
- Multiple entries per person are allowed. Entries must be received during the competition period.
- Entries must not be obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encouraging of conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability, or violate any law.
- This competition is open to 18+ year old NZ residents only.
- Entries will not be accepted from directors or employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the prize draw, then that winner may be disqualified and a replacement winner drawn.
- No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to redeem the prize. The prize is not transferrable for cash.
- The winner will be responsible for any costs associated with accepting the prize that are beyond the scope of the prize, such as spending money, transfers and additional travel expenses.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, excludes any and all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any entrant in connection with the competition or prize.
